Testimonials

Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group needed to grow their community of travel registered nurses (RNs) in order to build their roster of nurses that could be sent on assignment. Through social media management and community building on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, we were able to engage Trinity’s audience and reach out to travel RNs that were ready to go on their next assignment. This consistent community management allowed us to provide a steady flow of leads to Trinity’s recruiters.

Number 4 Hair Care wanted to increase online sales, and improve brand awareness with salons and stylists who could carry their products. We created a mix of custom and curated content that was both informative and aesthetically pleasing. This included how-to videos from leading stylists, product-focused photo shoots, new product launch campaigns, social posts across a variety of channels, and weekly blog posts. Our content has established Number 4 as a leader in the hair care industry and continues to drive website traffic, product sales, and overall community engagement with stylists.

The Carter Law Firm, a consumer class action firm, wanted to increase the number of client leads they received from their online marketing efforts. We redesigned their website, giving the firm a clean, modern look that focused on building credibility and converting visitors into prospects. Within the first month after the new site launched, the firm began receiving 5-10 phone calls per week from prospects who had found their website.

CRD Manufacturing receives a lot of website traffic and generates leads through their site. We ensure that CRD’s website is always live, accurate, and bringing in business. We run security updates and create backups monthly, lessening the chances that the site will go down, and ensuring that we are able to restore it quickly if it does. We also manage the content on the website, adding or removing employee bios as needed, changing out slider images to keep things interesting, and building landing pages as needed for new initiatives.

Silver Bullet Vacations was a new company that didn’t have any traction in the Airstream rental space. After conducting keyword research to determine what people were searching for, we optimized their website so that it would show up well in search. Additionally, we created a Google advertising strategy that mixed pay per click, banner ads and retargeting. Within 90 days, the Silver Bullet website obtained a first page Google ranking for several relevant keywords, and search is now the top source for website traffic. They regularly receive bookings from clients who find them on Google.

OYO Fitness was launching a new product into the marketplace. They needed effective social ad campaigns across multiple channels that would drive potential backers to their Kickstarter crowdfunding page. We created an advertising strategy to generate interest and sales, producing and managing ads on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The Kickstarter project was fully funded within days, raising the money they needed to launch their product. The campaign became one of the most successful Kickstarter projects of all-time, and the second highest backed fitness project on the crowdfunding platform.

Jerome Alexander Cosmetics wanted to expand their retail and online sales by exposing their products to a new, younger demographic. We formed partnerships with Instagram and YouTube beauty influencers like Melly Sanchez (thefashionfreakk) to create beauty tutorials and social media posts featuring the Jerome Alexander product line. The content produced received hundreds of thousands of views, drove unprecedented traffic to the website, and spiked sales of the products featured.

Camino Federal Credit Union wanted to engage their members and build an audience on social media by creating a video series with tips on managing personal finances. We set up recurring monthly video shoots and shot several video tips each month, which were then released weekly on social media. This video content has helped establish Camino as a personal finance resource, with more than 100 videos completed and tens of thousands of views across social media.

Sperry Commercial Real Estate was launching their new affiliate program and wanted to use digital marketing to get the word out. Katie was hired by the Chief Operating Officer of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates to train and mentor his team in social media strategy and best practices. Through a series of workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, Katie helped the organization get started with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and social advertising. Now, they are able to use social tools to increase brand awareness and connect with potential affiliate partners.

The Orange County Association of Realtors wanted to educate their members on the best ways to use social media to connect with clients and grow their businesses. They staged a one-day ‘Real Social’ conference, and hired Katie as one of 3 keynote speakers. Katie’s educational talk centered around the capabilities of social media, effective strategies for Realtors, and general best practices. Conference feedback forms showed that she was the audience’s favorite speaker at the program!
